Company Information

Learn how to update your contact information, background image, logo, and more.

The company information you provide will appear in all of your proposals, so it’s important to ensure it is accurate and complete.

Under Settings, you’ll see both your individual profile and your company profile. This article focuses on the Company profile.

Click the settings icon on the left-hand panel

You will now see the Company page. Enter as much information as possible.


Company details

These details will appear in your company’s signature at the end of each proposal.


Proposal imagery

Your logo and background image are added to every proposal you create.
The background image appears at the top of the proposal, and your logo appears at both the top and bottom—making your branding instantly visible to your customers.

You can choose a different background for each template or even for individual proposals, but it’s smart to set a strong default background in your settings.

To set the default background, click the camera icon to select an image.

A pop-up will appear, allowing you to upload your chosen image. You can upload either an image or an MP4 video. More details here.

To set your logo, locate it next to the background image section.
Click the small camera icon, and you’ll be prompted to upload your selected image—just as you did for the background. We recommend using JPG format for best results.


Address

Your company address also appears in the company signature on all proposals.
Make sure to select the correct country, so we can preselect your applicable tax settings.


Proposal settings

  • Languages: Add all the languages you plan to use when sending proposals.
    Note: Translations are not automatic—you’ll need to input them manually, so keep that in mind!

  • Currency: Select your preferred currency.

  • Taxes: We recommend using the Standard option, which displays taxes per product.
    If you prefer not to specify taxes for the client or not to show them at all, you can choose either the Simplified or None options.

  • Timezone: Choose your appropriate timezone.


Any changes you make will be updated automatically.

If you don't see the Setting Section, it means you have a User Role. If you need to make changes to your Role, speak to one of your Admins. The have the powet to change that.

** We recommend cropping your logo to remove as much white space as possible. This will allow your logo to look as large and clear as possible in your proposal.
