Q: The contact in Salesforce has been updated, why does it still show with the old information in Proposales?
A: In order for the contact's new information to show in Proposales you first need to delete the contact card from the hotel you are trying to send the proposals from.
You do this by going in to Proposales, and click on any template. Now click on Recipient and search for the old contact card with a Salesforce symbol showing. Click on the trash can symbol ποΈ to remove it.
Now you can go back to Salesforce and send the proposal as normal.
Q: Why can I not see any hotel or template in the Proposales widget in Salesforce?
A: Check if your Proposales account is connected with Salesforce.
Start with making sure you are logged in to Salesforce.
Then, go to: https://secure.proposales.com/settings/connect/salesforce
Click on 'Connect your Salesforce account' and the hotel and template should be visible in Salesforce

A: Check if the Contact in the Opportunity has an email address entered. Also make sure that the Contact is set as Primary.

A: No, as of today you are not able to do so. You do need to follow the flow of setting up an Opportunity in Salesforce first. Follow the steps described in this manual:
