To set up your Reject Reasons and understand how it works watch this video.

Settings > Reject Reason: Edit the reason

If you are an Opera or Mews connected client make sure to use the Codes you have there so they can be synced.

Both the client and the hotelier can choose the reject reason if withdrawn or rejected.

The list will also include the Additional Information box for the client/hotelier to add more information.

This information will be stored in the write side fields Box and collected in the Insights.

Proposals will only have the reject reasons available once the feature has been activated and only the proposals sent afterwards will see them.
