Set - Up of Reject Reasons
To Edit the Reject Resons go to: Settings > Reject Reason: Edit the reason
If you are an Opera or Mews connected client make sure to the Codes are matching the codes you have in your PMS. The reason is that a rejected proposal in Proposales will automatically update the reason in your booking in the PMS.
Using the Reject Reason
Both the client and the hotelier can choose the reject reason if withdrawn or rejected and will be able to add a comment as well.
This information will be saved i the Date field in the proposals bottom right corner.
In Insights you will also be able to find statistics on the rejected proposals.
Note: This feature needs to be activated by Proposales
