Set - Up of Reject Reasons

  • To Edit the Reject Resons go to: Settings > Reject Reason: Edit the reason

  • If you are an Opera or Mews connected client make sure to the Codes are matching the codes you have in your PMS. The reason is that a rejected proposal in Proposales will automatically update the reason in your booking in the PMS.

Using the Reject Reason

  • Both the client and the hotelier can choose the reject reason if withdrawn or rejected and will be able to add a comment as well.

  • This information will be saved i the Date field in the proposals bottom right corner.

  • In Insights you will also be able to find statistics on the rejected proposals.

Note: This feature needs to be activated by Proposales
