How to enable proposals in multiple languages

We have a very helpful automatic translation process for your proposals. This means you can speak to your guests in the language they feel most comfortable with, without it taking a lot of your time. There are two things to do to enable this for your team:

1. Settings

To make this possible, you first need to have enabled the languages you will need. You enable languages in 'Settings', which is found on the left hand side of the page.

Once in 'Settings', scroll to the bottom and then click the + icon next to your required languages. To delete them, click the bin icon on the right hand side.

Make sure you click 'Save' at the top of the page when you're done.

The first language selected is the default language. If you want to switch your default language, just click 'Remove' until you have only one left. That remaining language will be your new default language.

2. Products

The second step is to add Products in all the languages you will need. To do this, enter your Content Library and ensure you add the text for each language in the Product details:
