Learn how to connect your SuperOffice account to your Proposales account

If you're reading this, you have made a very wise choice to save 3-5 min on every proposal you send by connecting your Proposales deals to your SuperOffice environment 👏


What is the SuperOffice connection and how does it work?

When you connect with SuperOffice you will be able to sync contacts and deal status, as well as booking dates between Proposales and SuperOffice. This has a lot of benefits:

  • You can trust your data 100% as it removes the chance for human error

  • No more double work, as your deal stages update in real time

  • Your contact details are a single click away

  • … and most importantly, happier sales reps! 😀

To get things set up, you just need to do the following:

  1. Get in touch with our Help Desk via the 'Help!' button

  2. Send us the following information:

    1. SuperOffice account ID for the company account,

    2. SuperOffice User ID for your own profile,

    3. The name of the account in Proposales that should be connected,

    4. Admin access to the Proposales team.

  3. Wait to hear back from us 😊

It can take a few weeks to fully set up the connection. Whilst we work on that, you can of course manually update the details.

Once the team confirm the connection is ready, we just need to add your colleagues. They should already be signed-up to Proposales and we then just need their email address and the account name that they should be connected with in Proposales.

We can then add everyone and start you saving even more time! 💪
