User, Spectator and Admin roles

Do we have different user states?

Yes, we have 'User', 'Spectator' and also 'Admin' Both are very similar, with the only difference being that Spectator cannot create or send proposals, they can only look at the proposals and reports.

You can set the status of users at the very start, or even after they have signed-up.

To set the status at the start, just select from the drop down that you see when entering their email address:

If you want to change someone's status after they have signed up, you need to find their name on the Team list, click on the dropdown to the right of their name and select the status they should have:

The difference between Admin, User and Spectator:
