We previously showed you how to add new products. This article will walk you through how you can edit, delete, duplicate and even merge products.
How to Edit a Product:
Navigate to the content section.
You now see all your products. Select the one you want to edit by clicking on it.
A sidebar will appear on the right-hand side corner. You can edit any of the details you see:
To edit the text, just click on the text and type the new text or delete the old text.
To change the VAT rates, click on the dropdown to select the VAT you need.
To change the price, click on the current price field and type what you need it be.
To edit the images shown, click to 'Upload/Manage images'. You can then click the bin icon to remove an image and then upload new images instead.
If you only delete some of the images, you can instead click 'local files', on the left side of the box, to add more images. When you're happy with the image selection, click 'Add' to Save those images.
If you wanted to reorder the images, you can click 'Upload/Manage images' and then just drag and drop the images shown to the order you want. The image at the top will be the main image and will show larger than the others in your proposal.
Once you are happy, you can simply move on to another product or go back to your proposals as everything will auto-save for you.

Be aware that if you edit a product, it will take effect in all templates where the product is included.
How to Archive or Duplicate a Product:
Navigate to your content section and click on the product that you want to archive or duplicate.
Click on the menu in the top right corner and see the options available:
3. When archiving a product, you will move the product to the archive. You can always find it when switching from Live to Archived here and you will also be able to restore the product if desired.
4. When duplicating a product, the duplicated product will appear and you can now make any edits you wish on this new product.
🧑🏫 Quick Tip!
If you need to archive more than one product, select the products you want to archive and click on the appearing botton in the right top corner. When clicking on this Archive Button, you will move all of the selected products to the archive and save a lot of time!
How to Find Duplicates and Merge Products:
If you have a large content library or accidentally created duplicate products, you are able to find duplicate products and merge similar products. This cleanup can help you to be more efficient in your workflow.
Those options will appear once you have selected several products.
To find duplicates, click on the respective button. With the help of AI, we will search for similar products and present them to you so you can merge them if desired.
When merging products, you are able to decide which product and different details you want to keep. So if you want to swap text or pictures for your preferred product, you can do those changes. When you are happy, click on Merge and the selected product will be updated with the changes while the other product will be moved to the archive.
