Once a proposal is sent the Function Sheet PDF is available under PDF Downloads. 

 There are 2 versions of function sheets. 

1. Per Function: is separated per function and is based of the Type set of the content piece.

2. Per Day: is separated into the dates set in each content piece in the Detailed pricing.

Visible in the the function sheet are the notes taken in the<a href="http://help.proposales.com/en/articles/9264534-internal-notes"> internal notes</a> and also the comments written under each content piece in the proposal.
