The Calendar function helps you to see what events that will take place on which date in a calendar view.

In order for the calendar to know which dates the events are taking place, the proposals needs to include the dates inserted in SmartText/ Variables {period} or {start_date} / {end_date}.

Once a proposal is sent the proposal is displayed in the Calendar with stripes/ dashes:

Accepted proposals are displayed in bold and without the stripes:
