Select a template.

Make sure the Opera toggle is active in the proposal.

Name the proposal and chose a date in the SmartText: Period, Number of people and Rate Code.
The date will now be synced with Opera and the availability of hotel rooms and meeting rooms will be visible.

Chose the products to be offered.
Under the meeting rooms a Resource can chosen for what should be offered during the meeting.

After all the normal settings have been chosen, find the recipient. If the contact is set up in Opera this is able to be searched for in Recipient in the proposal menu.

Send the proposal and the Block will be updated automatically.

Once the recipient accepts or denies the offer the status of the Block will automatically change status to what you have set the settings.
