Can I add terms to a proposal?
Can I add terms to a proposal?

Yes, adding your own terms to your deal is essential.

One of the best things with having proposals presented on webpages is that it's a dynamic format. This adds a new level of content prioritization.

There are two ways to add terms to your deals in Proposales.

1. Terms in your proposal introduction text:

Together with validity date, the easiest way is to specify simple terms in the free text area under a headline called "Terms". Recommended for less advanced terms that are more of a guidance than legally binding.

2. Terms as an Attachment:

For complex and legally binding terms, attach a PDF document at the bottom of the proposal. This is a great way to get it delivered to the recipient without taking attention from the content in the proposal itself.

When they accept your offer, we confirm they have read and accept the attachments, as well as the proposal. We have it all covered.
