Why is my proposal not in Follow-up?

Get personal recommendations for a timely follow-up on every proposal.

We never want you to miss out on converting a deal just because it was busy. Our Follow-up therefore gathers everything we think could be missed in those chaotic times and ensures they are put in front of you so you can follow-up and, hopefully, convert the deal.

The Follow-up feature will show you all proposals that are due to expire within the next few days. You will find it by clicking on the Follow-up symbol in the sidebar on the left in the platform.

By default you will see the proposals that need your attention based on your personal user and all the accounts you have access to. If you want to see it for a specific account or change the user, in case you need to jump in for a colleague, then just adjust it and it will promptly update with the desired proposals.

When and Why will proposals be shown in the Follow-up section?

  • Proposals that are expiring soon

    • If a proposal is valid for more than 7 days and remains active, it will appear in your follow-up for the last 5 days before it expires.

    • If a proposal is valid for 7 days or less, it will appear in your follow-up one day before it expires.

  • Proposals that are active and haven’t been opened yet

    • If a proposal is valid for more than 7 days, and the proposal was sent at least 3 days ago and it hasn’t been opened yet.

    • If a proposal is valid for 7 days or less, and the proposal was sent at least 1 day ago and hasn’t been opened yet.

  • Proposals that haven’t been opened in a long time

    • Proposals that are still active, and have been opened at least once, but they haven’t been opened in the last 7 days, independently of how long they’re active.
