When you begin to create your products in your content library, you will usually keep it simple and add things such as the bedrooms, food & beverage items and meeting space.

If you want to share a simple message, you can add text to just the Header or Description section to create it as a Product. This can then be added to your proposals. Below you can see how it looks as a product and in a proposal:
Headings:
If you want to split your proposal up in any way, using a simple Header Product can help. Just put the header in the product and leave everything else blank.
