What is the SuperOffice connection and how does it work?
When you connect with SuperOffice you will be able to sync contacts and deal status, as well as booking dates between Proposales and SuperOffice. This has a lot of benefits:
You can trust your data 100% as it removes the chance for human error
No more double work, as your deal stages update in real time
Your contact details are a single click away

To get things set up, you just need to do the following:
Get in touch with our Help Desk via the 'Help!' button
Send us the following information:
SuperOffice account ID for the company account,
SuperOffice User ID for your own profile,
The name of the account in Proposales that should be connected,
Admin access to the Proposales team.
Wait to hear back from us π
It can take a few weeks to fully set up the connection. Whilst we work on that, you can of course manually update the details.
Once the team confirm the connection is ready, we just need to add your colleagues. They should already be signed-up to Proposales and we then just need their email address and the account name that they should be connected with in Proposales.
We can then add everyone and start you saving even more time! πͺ
How do I add new users?
When you have a new colleague who needs their SuperOffice connected to their Proposales, you don't need to do anything. We automatically look for new users on accounts connected to SuperOffice. If they are not connected, we automatically do it (tech magic!).
If we have any issues with the automation then we will contact the user directly using the email address they signed up with.
If we do contact you about connected your SuperOffice user to your Proposales account, you may need to send us your SuperOffice ID.
