Proposals Section Overview

Updated over a week ago

Using the Proposals Section

The Proposals page is your central hub for viewing, creating, and managing all proposals connected to your property or team. This guide walks you through what you see on the page and how to navigate it efficiently.

1. Page Overview

At the top of the page, you’ll see the property name — for example, Hotel Test — indicating which workspace you’re currently viewing. All proposal data displayed belongs to this property.

The Proposals section supports both dark and light mode, and the display automatically adjusts based on your computer or system preferences.

On the right-hand side, there is a Create proposal button. This allows you to start a new proposal at any time.

2. Proposal Status Summary

Directly underneath the header, you’ll find a set of status tiles that provide a quick overview of all proposals. These tiles show:

  • All – The total number of proposals over time.

  • Active – Proposals currently active and awaiting response from client.

  • Accepted – Proposals that have been accepted.

  • Expired – Proposals that are no longer valid because their Expiration date has passed.

  • Lost – Proposals marked as withdrawn by the hotel or Rejected by the client.

  • Draft – Proposals still being worked on and not yet sent.

3. Search & Filters

Below the status tiles, you'll find key tools to refine your view:

Search bar

Use the search bar to quickly locate any proposal by typing keywords such as proposal title, client name, or dates.

Property filter

If you have access to multiple properties or venues, the property dropdown lets you switch between them.

User filter

The Everyone dropdown allows you to filter proposals by user — useful if you would prefer to only view your own proposals.

4. All Proposals List

Further down the page, the main list shows all proposals, sorted or filtered according to your preferences.

You’ll see:

  • Proposal title

  • Proposal status (e.g., expired, accepted)

  • Proposal value

  • Client or owner information

  • Number of views

  • Last updated date

  • Status icon (e.g., accepted, expired, draft)

Each proposal entry can be clicked to open the detailed proposal view.

5. Recent Drafts

The Your recent drafts section shows your most recently edited draft proposals.

Clicking on any draft opens it so you can continue editing.

6. Sorting & View Options

On the right-hand side above the proposal list, you will find:

Sort dropdown

Sort proposals by:

  • Last updated

  • Value

  • Status

  • Date created

View icons

Choose between:

  • List view – clean, linear list (default)

  • Grid view – card-style overview

  • Expanded view – more details at a glance

These views help you customize how you prefer to browse your proposals.
