Subrows for Meeting Rooms

Allow more details into your Meeting Rooms with Subrows or Subproducts

Subrows (or subproducts) allow you to enrich your Meeting Room offerings with additional details, such as amenities or extras.

How to Use Subrows in a Meeting Room

  1. Check your Meeting Rooms setup
    Ensure that your Meeting Rooms are properly assigned and listed as product type: Meeting Room in your Content Section.

  2. Create subproducts
    Add the extra items you want to offer as subproducts if they don’t already exist in your Content Section.
    Examples: flipchart, bottled water, coffee break, projector.

  3. Build your proposal

    • Open a proposal and add a Meeting Room (any).

    • Click on Adjust product.

  4. Open the Detail View

    • Select "Detailed View".

    • You can add a title, date, and time (optional).

  5. Add a Subrow

    • Click the + icon.

    • From the dropdown, choose the product you’d like to add as a subrow.

    • Set the quantity and price.

    • Decide whether the item should be marked as Included or not.

Once saved, the subproducts will appear neatly under your Meeting Room entry, giving your clients a clearer view of what’s included.
