Single Sign On Instruction for Administrators

Inviting new users

  1. To invite a new user who will login with Scandic Sign in feature, you will first have to make sure this user is added to the Single Sign On app.

    This instruction made by Scandic ITSD:
    MANAGE M365 GROUPS- Accessing the MyApps Portal
    1. Go to: https://myapps.microsoft.com
    2. Sign in with your Scandic work account.
    3. Click on “Groups” in the left-hand navigation or go directly to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/groups

  2. Invite the new user in Proposales (same procedure as before).
    1. Jump to the hotel the new user should have access to.
    2. Click Settings-> Team-> Invite User

    3. Add the same Scandic email that has been added in step 1., pick a role and send the invite.

  3. The user will receive the invitation in their email with a link to set up their account. The link will send them to the Scandic Sign in page and then directed over to their new Proposales account.
    Important: They can only log in to Proposales using the link:
    secure.proposales.com/login/scandic

  4. Users needing multi-property access.
    The user must first activate their account (steps 1,2 & 3).
    When these steps are done, contact Proposales support in the chat or email to help@proposales.com who will give the user the access needed.
