Forced Single Sign On

How to set up and log in using the Scandic-Sign-In function.

- Existing users that were set up before Single Sign On (1/7-2025)

From now on you will log in to Proposales using the link:
​secure.proposales.com/login/scandic
Your user is automatically linked to Scandics Single-Sign-On tool and you will no longer need to enter a username or password to enter Proposales.

- New users (after 1/7-2025)

  1. Your email has to be set up in saved in Scandic Hotels identity App (Microsoft Entra) for Proposales use which will be done by the Scandic Administrator for Proposales.

  2. The Administrator will send an invitation from Proposales to your email.

  3. The invitation will contain a link to activate your user. This link will take you to Scandic's log in portal and then directly to your new Proposales account.

  4. Always use the following link to log in to Proposales: secure.proposales.com/login/scandic
